It rained hard all last night, and it kept raining for most of the day today. But at sunset, the wind began to blow and the sky began to clear. It’s getting colder at last, even if for just a few days.
Sweet Jane,Yep, it’s closer to “bundle up” temps here too.And of course, it helps to have a Fur Person like your Annie near by – Natalie & Jeremy surely are my helpers. The new blog header is a beauty – ditto the photo of Miz Annie.Loved Foyle’s War when it was on PBS. Michael Kitchens (sp.?) & his police assistants were terrific.XOXO
I’m so glad winter is finally making an appearance. It was 74 degrees and sunny in DC on Saturday, which would alternately make me very sad and very happy.
bundle up indeed! They’re predicting snow even for us out here (and we hardly ever get it)I hope that your jaw is better soon. Your recent knitting looks wonderful.
The winter just doesn’t seem right without the cold air. And I feel wrong about complaining about the warmth. I know it’s fleeting, but it’s kind of nice still having all of my herbs still alive in the garden in January!!! But I long for snow and cold. I need the seasons or else I guess I wouldn’t live here. Beautiful shot!
Now that is a wintery sky!
