Light at the end of the tunnel

I’m still recovering from the last push at work, and I seem to have nothing to say.

Beautiful weather, a quiet Sunday, strawberries on my waffles, and old Mystery episodes have been quite therapeutic today. I have been knitting, but I’ll show you next time.

At least I can knit and type and fix my own breakfast — Teyani isn’t so lucky at the moment. I have been thinking about her all day, every time I use both hands. Stop by her blog and show her some love, would you?

And while you’re out and about, pop over and read about what my dear Ms. Amie is planning. She is some kind of woman, that she is, and if anybody can Kick Cancer in the Butt, she can.

  2. Oh no, as I had read about T’s hand, I was wincing in pain! We all know that one day, we may not be able to knit….even temporarily, and it’s hard to imagine. Old Mystery episodes, I love them. Many of them are just treasure troves of knitting, though, especially the Agatha’s!

  3. Oh yum, strawberry waffles with pecans inside and whipped cream. I can’t wait for the real fall weather to start here. Roasty weather, steamy, I guess, here. Love to watch old tapes of Mystery, in the winter all curled up with knitting and the doggy.

  4. That’s okay, Jane, work all you have to. And then, when October comes around you will be happily sitting in a diner in Poughkeepsie with a certain someone!:)
